These Terms explain the basic conditions for using Bond20 during active testnet development.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Bond20, you agree to use the interface responsibly and only in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bond20 is lawful in your location and that you have authority to use the connected wallet.

Wallet Responsibility

You control your wallet, approvals, signatures, and transactions. Bond20 cannot recover lost wallets, seed phrases, private keys, or incorrectly submitted transactions.

No Investment or Financial Advice

Bond20 information is provided for protocol transparency and product use only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

No Guaranteed Rewards

Bond20 does not guarantee rewards, returns, income, payout timing, or eligibility. Rewards may depend on protocol rules, pool state, validation checks, and blockchain conditions.

Blockchain Transaction Finality

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed. You should review wallet prompts, addresses, amounts, network, and transaction data before approving any action.

Smart Contract and Testnet Risk

Smart contracts, RPC providers, wallets, and networks can fail or behave unexpectedly. Bond20 is in active testnet development, and testnet records may be reset or replaced.

User Responsibilities

You must keep credentials secure, avoid malicious use, verify transaction prompts, and understand the risks of using blockchain software.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Bond20 for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, attempts to bypass protocol checks, interference with infrastructure, or unauthorized access.

Third-party Wallets and Networks

Bond20 may rely on wallets, RPC providers, explorers, and blockchain networks. These third parties are outside Bond20 control and may have separate terms.

Protocol Changes

Bond20 rules, interfaces, contracts, deployments, and testnet data may change. Mainnet launch and migration policies will be handled separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bond20 contributors are not liable for losses from wallet use, network failure, smart-contract risk, user error, or third-party services.

Contact and Support

No dedicated support address is published yet. Use only official Bond20 communication channels when announced, and never share your seed phrase or private key.
